Your TradeTorq account is protected with secure authentication. Here's everything you need to know about logging in and keeping your account safe.
Logging In

Go to the login page
Visit deck.tradetorq.com/login.

Enter your credentials
Type your registered email address and password, then click Sign In.

You'll be redirected to your Dashboard. Your session stays active until you log out or the session expires.
Forgot Your Password?
If you've forgotten your password, you can reset it in a few steps:

On the login page, click the Forgot Password link below the sign-in button.

Enter your email
Type the email address associated with your TradeTorq account and click Send Reset Link.

Check your email
You'll receive an email with a password reset link. Click it to open the reset page.

Set a new password
Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters) and confirm it. Click Reset Password to save.
Reset link expiry
Password reset links expire after a limited time for security. If the link has expired, request a new one from the login page.
Changing Your Password
If you're already logged in and want to change your password:
- Go to Settings → Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter and confirm your new password
- Click Update Password
Security Best Practices
- Use a strong, unique password — Avoid reusing passwords from other services
- Keep your email secure — Your email is the key to password resets
- Log out on shared devices — Always sign out when using a shared or public computer
- Don't share your credentials — TradeTorq support will never ask for your password
How your session works
TradeTorq uses secure, HTTP-only cookies for authentication. Your session token is never exposed to JavaScript, making it resistant to cross-site scripting (XSS) attacks.
