Manage Subscription
You can manage your subscriptions from the Subscription page in TradeTorq.
Canceling a Subscription

Go to the Subscription page
Navigate to Subscription in the sidebar.

Find the account
On the Overview tab, locate the MT5 account subscription you want to cancel.

Click Cancel
Click the Cancel Subscription button. Confirm when prompted.
What Happens When You Cancel
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You won't be charged again
- When the period ends, access is downgraded to the free tier
- Your account data, settings, and automation configs are preserved
- You can resume at any time before the period ends
No immediate cutoff
Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period. If you cancel on day 10 of a monthly subscription, you still have full access until day 30.
Resuming a Canceled Subscription
If you've canceled but the period hasn't ended yet:
- Go to Subscription → Overview
- Find the canceled account
- Click Resume Subscription
- Your subscription will continue as normal — the cancellation is reversed
Changing Plans
Upgrading
To upgrade from a lower plan to a higher plan:
- Go to Subscription → Plans tab
- Click Subscribe on the plan you want to upgrade to
- You'll be charged the prorated difference for the rest of the billing period
- The upgrade takes effect immediately
Downgrading
To downgrade from a higher plan to a lower plan:
- Open the Stripe billing portal via Subscription → Billing → Manage
- Select the lower plan
- The downgrade takes effect at the end of the current billing period
- You keep your current plan's features until then
Multiple Account Subscriptions
Since subscriptions are per-account, you can:
- Have different plans for different accounts
- Cancel one account without affecting others
- Start a new subscription for additional accounts
- Manage each account's subscription independently
Use the Overview tab to see all your account subscriptions in one place, with status badges and quick action buttons for each.
Billing Portal
For advanced billing management, click Open Billing Portal to access Stripe's full billing dashboard, where you can:
- View complete payment history
- Update payment methods
- Download all invoices
- Manage subscription settings
